LIve2d commission info
Current Status: CLOSED
2025 slots will be opening soon (mid-late November)You should ideally have a reference sheet ready or in progress before grabbing a spot. This is NOT first come first serve. After you submit your application, I'll contact you if I accept. We can talk about any additional details not mentioned in your application. I'll provide a breakdown of pricing and send you an invoice. You must make the first payment within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice or you forfeit your spot. For information on payment, see the PAYMENT section below.I will accept applications on a rolling basis until all of my slots for this period are filled. If you aren't accepted this period, you can apply again when I reopen apps.Turnaround Time
Turnaround times will vary based on complexity of the model and the rig. Adding additional features will increase the amount of time it takes to complete. Please expect it to take a minimum of 2-3 months on average for each stage (art, rig). It may take longer depending on revisions, model detail/complexity, additional features, etc.
You're always welcome to contact me for estimates throughout the process, though the estimates I provide are subject to change.

Payment
Payment through PayPal invoiceHalf payment is taken upfront. The other half is taken after model art is completed (before rigging will start for M+R commissions). Alternatively you can also pay 100% upfront.Payment of first invoice must be made within 2 weeks, or you forfeit your spot (exceptions may apply if you communicate your situation)* If you need an alternative payment plan, let me know and we may be able to work something out, especially for more expensive commission requests.
Workflow
After I receive your application, I will contact you if I accept. We can then discuss any additional features. I'll provide a full price breakdown + quote and an invoice once we agree on details.
Once I receive at least half payment, I will begin working on an initial sketch of the model.
I'll send you the sketch and you'll have a chance to ask for major changes to the model at this point in time.
After the sketch is approved, I'll begin working on the model art. I will try to provide a few updates throughout the process, and I'll contact you if I get stuck on anything and need your opinion of the progress.
Once the model art is complete, I'll send you a full PNG for you to review. You may request changes. Major changes that should have been resolved during the sketch phase may incur an additional fee.
After you approve the model art, I will send you the PSD once I receive the 2nd half payment. If you commissioned for a rig as well, we will begin rigging here. I'll try to provide a few updates throughout.
Once the rig is finished, I'll send you the live2d files. At this point you should play around with the model yourself and see if you are satisfied. If you run into any issues or have revisions you'd like made, let me know.
We will provide revisions within 2 weeks of you receiving the final product. Any revisions after that period will incur a fee, so be sure to get a lot of testing in.
Terms
Response time to messages throughout the process will vary. I try to reply in a timely manner, but please note that I have other clients and other responsibilities, so responses will sometimes take a few business days. If you don't hear from me within more than a few business days, you're welcome to politely contact me again! Sometimes I just miss messages, and I'm very forgetful!! :')
I don't work on weekends, so any estimated timeframes do not include weekends unless otherwise specified.
Model revisions are not accepted after 2 weeks of receiving your finalized model(+rig). Further revisions will incur fees.
I reserve the right to deny commissions.
I prefer to work from a reference sheet. I won't create a reference sheet for your character. If you want me to create a model from a collage of images it will incur an additional fee. Please commission an artist to create a reference sheet if you don't have one.
Full refunds are allowed only during the sketch phase. After that, refunds issued will be partial depending on the amount of work completed.
You may not claim my work as your own. Please properly credit me anywhere you use the model.
If you make or commission (from another artist/rigger) changes to the model art/rig please specify in the same spots you credit me.
You are responsible for determining if your system can handle the complexity of the model+rig. I won't provide a refund because your computer is unable to handle it.
